Romans says to weep with those who weep. It does NOT say, throw cliches at those who weep and make them feel bad for exhibiting the very feelings that God gave them.
Life is big and deep and we aren't meant to suppress suffering. What explodes out of that suppression is dysfunction.
Feel your feelings and find someone to feel them alongside you. Lock arms and weep.
